'Minecraft Story Mode' Episode 5 Update: Launch Trailer HInts Three More Episodes

"Minecraft: Story Mode" Episode 5 launch trailer has been released by Telltale Games. The adventure's next chapter has also been made public, giving potential buyers a peek at some of the characters that they will meet during Jesse's next adventure.

The first season of the "Minecraft" episodic game is longer than the usual episodic games of Telltale, as we have learned last week. In addition to the expected five episodes, the studio has revealed plans of releasing three more episodes of the game. These new chapters will continue the story arc introduced in "Minecraft Storymode: Order Up," the fifth episode. The additional episodes are expected to debut sometime before 2016 ends.

"Minecraft: Story Mode" trailer of this week introduces Sky City, likely only the first of various new destinations to visit during the second half of season one. In this new land, building is outlawed, so this creates a problem for the Order of the Stone. This situation does not exactly threaten the world unlike the menace gamers have witnessed in the fourth episode, "Minecraft: Wither Storm." However, Jesse and company will still have to save the city from one of several new characters that will be introduced in "Minecraft Storymode: Order Up." The fifth episode seemed to layout the foundations for the next adventures quite well while correcting issues in the past, Attack of the Fanboy reported.

Aside from the launch trailer, Telltale has also announced the release of a skin pack for the Windows 10, mobile, and console versions of "Minecraft." There is no information revealed as to when the new content will be released. However, the studio teases fans about more information on the skin pack to be released in the coming weeks.

"Minecraft: Story Mode" Episode 5 launch trailer provided some details on what the next four episodes of the game have in store for the players so it is worthwhile checking it out at VG 24/7.
