Miley Cyrus has finally issued a response in relation to Katy Perry's recent comment about her tongue, according to reports.
On Thursday, the Wrecking Ball singer, who is also currently on a Bangerz concert tour, tweeted: "Girl if ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where THAT (tongue) has been."
Last Tuesday, Perry was a guest on Australian morning show Sunrise where she shared full details about her kiss with Cyrus.
In the show, she said that the kiss was "scandalous" and shared: "Yeah, I went to her show, which was amazing. It was very colorful. She had this one part where it's like a kiss cam. I just walked up to give her like a friendly, girly kiss, as us girls do. Then, she like tried to move her head and go deeper. I pulled away."
Perry added: "God knows where that tongue has been. We don't know! That tongue is so infamous!"
Although Cyrus wore a shocked look after Perry turned away and rejected a 'deeper' kiss, the 21-year old Bangerz superstar simply laughed it off, according to the NY Daily News.
Miley sent out another tweet to Perry and said: "Dontchyouuuuuuu act like you didn't lurvvvvv it @katyperry.
Katy responded through a tweet that read: "@MileyCyrus Oooo gurrrl I'm gonna give you the BIGGEST spanking when I see you in the UK bb!"
Just a few days ago, Perry and 36-year-old John Mayer broke up for the third time. Although the two did not provide details about their recent break-up, some speculations claimed that it's because of the singer's busy schedule. E! News earlier reported that the break up was initiated by Perry herself.
As of late, Perry is busy preparing for her upcoming Prismatic World Tour.
