MacBook Pro has been the flagship of Apple's laptop. It is the most powerful and versatile portable computer from the Cupertino-based tech giant and the new model will once reclaim the title. At the time, MacBook is making waves, but MacBook Pro 2016 will be making more headlines when it arrives.
According to NeuroGadget, MacBook Pro 2016 will be Apple's flagship and it will get a major revamp. Parent Herald previously reported that the anticipated laptop would be the thinnest, lightest and possibly the cheapest laptop in the MacBook Pro lineup. However, this does not mean that it will be as cheap as the other brands.
MacBook Pro 2016 is expected to sport Intel's latest processor Skylake, which promises significant improvement in performance and speed. Aside from this, MacBook Pro 2016 will have an OLED touch bar above the keyboard and a touch-sensitive secondary screen where users will find all the shortcuts. It is also expected to feature a Touch ID, USB-C and Thunderbolt 3.
MacBook Pro 2016 Vs Microsoft Surface Pro 5
Initially, MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 are expected to arrive next month during Apple's WWDC. However, in an earlier report from Parent Herald, the anticipated laptops will not be available until the fourth quarter of the year. They are now expected to be available in October.
Per Yibada, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will also be released at the same time. The new Microsoft laptop will sport Intel's Kaby Lake processor with 118 giga operations per second across spread across its eight core. Its DDR4 latency is only 23 nanosecond with a GPU performance of more than 37MP per second.
