Oh no! It seems that the Duggars should make more efforts to save their spinoff show, "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," which is reportedly on the verge of cancellation. In fact, rumors have it that TLC is ditching the controversial family for good.
Following Josh Duggar's sexual molestation and infidelity scandals last year, TLC axed the family's long-running show, "19 Kids & Counting." But in December 2015, the network decided to run a three-part special titled, "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," which only highlighted the appearances of the elder Duggar siblings and Josh's wife Anna as they deal with the scandals.
'Jill & Jessa: Counting On' Cancelled?
Despite raking good ratings, the Duggar family's show, "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," is reportedly in danger of getting cancelled. The reason? Several advertisers apparently withdrew their financial support to the show, saying they can't promise to stay supportive of the Duggars, The Stir reports.
The Duggars' show cancellation rumors were also intensified by the reports claiming TLC has no official plans to renew the series for another season because of the insufficient entertaining plotline and new content. In addition, many showbiz insiders also speculated that Jim Bob's efforts to keep the show on air failed.
The Duggars' Campaign To Save 'Jill & Jessa: Counting On'
Speaking of Jim Bob's failed efforts, rumors have it that the Duggar family reportedly launched a social media campaign to save "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" from getting cancelled by TLC. According to BreatheCast, the controversial family is telling its producers the show still have a solid fanbase by launching hashtag #BringTheDuggarsBack campaign on Twitter.
To keep the storylines in "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" interesting, Jill Dillard and John-David reportedly added some attention-grabbing twist in the show. As a matter of fact, Jill revealed that the Dillards were looking for her husband Derick's biological grandma.

In spite of the rumors claiming "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" will be axed, Inquisitr recently revealed "four signs" that reportedly indicated the show is bound for another season. These signs include: updated Facebook page, Jill and Derick Dillard's quest to find the long-lost biological grandmother, 18-year-old Joy-Anna Duggar's work experience with her brothers and lastly, Jill Duggar's 25th birthday special tribute video last month, courtesy of TLC.
To further support these signs, The Hollywood Gossip also claimed that "Jill & Jessa Duggar: Counting On" has secretly filmed the second season of the show. But do you finding a long lost relative will be enough to keep the show interesting?
The Dillards Accused Of Making Profit For Their Ministry In El Salvador
Meanwhile, Jill and Derick Dillard have been plagued with harsh criticisms again after they were accused of making money off the people in El Salvador. As per Design & Trend, the "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" couple was criticized over a photo posted on Instagram, showing a campaign of their ministry to help sell the jewelry made by the women in El Salvador.
Unfortunately, fans slammed the couple, accusing them of using the women and the jewelry to make profits. But the Dillards are no strangers to this kind of accusations since they have also been accused of misusing mission donations in the past.
