Ubisoft seemed to be on the right track in fixing the game's key features as well as eliminating the game-breaking glitches and bugs that have plagued the open-world game. In fact, a new server maintenance was recently launched to bring some changes and fixes to the "Underground" expansion.
Tom Clancy's 'The Division' Finally Glitch-Free?
Tom Clancy's "The Division" servers were down for a weekly maintenance on Thursday, Jul. 28. After its completion, Tech News Today reported that the "Underground" expansion has been "fully optimized" but the game was still not glitch-free.
In fact, Tom Clancy's "The Division" with a few minor bugs. But the online news site stressed that the game developers have been successful at implementing some significant fixes for the game's game-breaking bugs and glitches.
Tom Clancy's 'The Division' Diversified Loot And Gear/Weapon Drops
As Ubisoft launched another Tom Clancy's "The Division" patch, a couple of major changes will be expected that will make gear and weapon collectors happy. Aside from the "Underground" Operation Directives rewards, in which gamers can now have all the gear sets from update 1.1 and 1.2, players will also get more loot once the Operations with more than four Directives will be completed, as per Game Rant.
Additionally, the loot tables for Tom Clancy's "The Division: Underground" Sealed Caches were also expanded to incorporate every kind of weapon and all the gear sets from the game's update 1.3 and the "Underground" DLC. Unfortunately, some of the details revealed may not be as useful to other "The Division" gamers, especially to PS4 players who will receive the "Underground" DLC on Aug. 2 and have only received the 1.3 update.
Tom Clancy's 'The Division' Latest Patch Notes
Aside from diversifying Tom Clancy's "The Division" loot and gear/weapon drops, the latest patch also fixed a bug where 1 Phase Operations in Heroic Difficulty can be initiated while the named NPCs in "Underground" have rising drop rates, VG24/7 noted.
According to Gaming Bolt, the latest changes in Tom Clancy's "The Division" would only mean that gamers will no longer "farm" from "Falcon Lost" or "Clear Sky" for the pre-"Underground" sets. For more detailed patch notes, check out Ubisoft's forums.
Tom Clancy's 'The Division' Additional Paid DLC Packs
The latest Tom Clancy's "The Division" weekly server maintenance is in preparation for the arrival of the game's additional paid DLC packs. The upcoming DLCs called "Survival" and "Last Stand" are expected for release in the summer and the winter of 2016, respectively.
