Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi Divorce: ‘Finding Dory’ Star Opens Up On Heartbreak And Struggles

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi divorce rumors have been looming online sites for a while now. In a recent interview, the "Finding Dory" star shares her thoughts on heartbreak and her struggles in life.

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi will be celebrating their eighth anniversary this August. This may explain the countless divorce rumors about the couple in several gossip sites online.

Gossip Cop notes that a recent rumor about DeGeneres and de Rossi claims that the "Scandal" actress is demanding silence whenever she is at home. Even the 58-year-old talk show host allegedly knows how hard it is to do anything when de Rossi is at home.

"Ellen shrugs, but knows, as does the staff, that when Portia's present, it's strictly STFU," said an insider.

De Rossi is allegedly "mega-stressed" after filming scenes for her TV series, "Scandal." The staff working at the married couple's home would reportedly "walk on eggshells" whenever de Rossi is around because making noise would allegedly tip off the actress.

The publication, however, refuted the aforementioned claims. According to the outlet, this is the same source that claimed that DeGeneres and de Rossi were getting a divorce because of another man in de Rossi's life.

DeGeneres recently put emphasis on her and de Rossi's plan to have their own children in an interview with Buzzfeed UK, reports The Hamilton Spectator. According to the "Ellen Show" host, it is hard to raise a child in the kind of environment that they are living in right now.

"I mean, you can't shield them from everything, but I can't imagine having children right now because the world is a terrifying place," she said.

DeGeneres also opened up on her struggles in life such as heartbreak, anger and sadness. DeGeneres said that she experiences these things just like everyone else, but she tries to maintain a positive outlook in life.
