Playstation Now is coming to PC as gamers will be able to access it with the use of Dualshock 4. Together with this, Playstation will be releasing a wireless USB controller adapter that enables wireless playing, which was discovered just this week.
Accordingly, Playstation Now will be bringing exclusive games to Windows PC and Mac thru streaming. Gamers will be able to relive the moment that they played the Playstation games using another platform. Three of the games offered by the Playstation Now streaming are "The Last of Us," "Journey," and "God of War." There will be around 400 Playstation Titles that gamers could choose from. The games will be downloaded using the new app.
The Bitbag reported that for gamers to fully enjoy their experience playing Playstation via PC, the Dualshock 4 could be used in PC via a wireless USB adaptor. With this, gamers will also enjoy wireless gaming. Gamers could use the USB adaptor to connect the Dualshock 4 controllers to any PC or Mac so all of its available features will also be used.
These features that gamers will be able to enjoy are the motion sensor, touch pad, vibration, analog sticks, light bar, and stereo headphone jack. The Dualshock 4 wireless USB adaptor will be available in September. It will cost $24.99.
If gamers are not up for purchasing the wireless USB adaptor, gamers need to connect their Dualshock 4 controllers to their PC or Mac using a USB cable. However, they would have to go the extra mile and download then install Sony's Remote Play for PC and Mac.
Not all gamers could enjoy Playtation Now in PC because there are also minimum specifications launched by Sony. A PC should have Windows 7 (SP1), 8.1 or 10; 3.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.8 GHz AMD A10 or higher; 300 MB or more storage, 2 GB or more RAM; a sound card; and a USB port, Dualshockers reported.
The app is scheduled to launch in parts of Europe. United States launching will soon follow.
