‘Scorpion’ Season 3 Air Date, Spoilers & Latest News: Walter To Die In Upcoming Season? Cabe Finally Gets New Love Interest

Less than six weeks more to go before the much-anticipated premiere of "Scorpion" season 3. Based on the previous reports, the upcoming season promises to offer more emotional, much bigger and better episodes that will leave many of its fans baffled.

At the 2016 Comic-Con event last month, "Scorpion" season 3 executive producer Nicholas "Nick" Wootton revealed that the upcoming season will be packed with action and emotion-filled episodes, not to mention more mind-blowing revelations. According to TVOverMind, Wootton also added that the characters will take a massive personal turn while Happy's (Jadyn Wong) revelation about her previous marriage will agitate the team.

The ultimate focus of "Scorpion" season 3, however, is Walter's (Elyes Gabel) pursuit for emotional maturity. What's more interesting about the upcoming season are the storylines on Cabe (Robert Patrick) and his new love interest, as well as on Ralph (Riley B. Smith) and his role as a translator for a boy with autism who can't speak and was lost in the city.

There's also a huge and poignantly beautiful personal twist in "Scorpion" season 3 when Walter suffered from hypoxia due to loss of oxygen and hallucinated a stunning dream sequence, which Wootton couldn't believe they could possibly make. Wootton also added that fans can relate more on the upcoming season as the hit CBS series delve deeper into the relationships and internal lives of the characters.

Meanwhile, the series' most followed Waige (Walter and Paige) love team could possibly meet its end in "Scorpion" season 3. As reported by Christian Today, the couple's blossoming romance could be inconceivable as actors Katharine McPhee and Elyes Gabel admitted their breakup in real-life.

In other "Scorpion" season 3-related spoilers, International Business Times revealed that the upcoming two-hour premiere episode titled, "Civil War," will feature Team Scorpion as they investigate a case that has a connection with the U.S. military. The case will have something to do with a massive security breach by a group of unidentified hackers who wanted to gain control over the warships and aircrafts of the United States.

As for "Scorpion" season 3 air date, the upcoming season is set to premiere on Oct. 3 at 9 p.m. on CBS. But the series will be moved to a new timeslot at 10 p.m. the week after its premiere or on Oct. 10, Parent Herald previously noted.
