As the remaining celebrity participants prepare for another set of spectacular performances in "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 4, the excitement is undeniably running high with their upcoming Cirque du Soleil-inspired dance routines. To further amplify the spectacle, Cirque du Soleil acrobats, dancers, performers and aerialists will invade the "DWTS" dance floor on Monday night.
Prior to "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 4, avid "DWTS" fans have bid goodbye to former Texas governor Rick Perry during last week's results night. According to Entertainment Tonight, 66-year-old Perry and his pro dance partner, Emma Slater, was eliminated due to the lowest scores they consistently earned from the panel of judges.
"Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 4, on the other hand, will feature a Cirque du Soleil-inspired spectacle where each celebrity and their respective pro dance partners will perform a dance based on that theme. For a full list of dance styles and the songs, check out Just Jared Jr.
There will be no elimination during "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 4 performance night on Monday, Oct. 3. However, the season's third elimination will happen on Tuesday during the competition's result night and will feature performances from DNCE and an all-male dance production number courtesy of the male pro dancers under the choreography of Derek Hough.
In other "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 4-related news, "DWTS" participant Amber Rose claimed that judge Julianne Hough has "body-shamed" her when the latter critiqued her salsa performance with pro dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. As per Us Weekly, Rose took offense when Hough admitted she felt uncomfortable when she saw Maks dipped her.
Hough, however, told E! News that her comment was misunderstood. In fact, Hough emphasized that her "uncomfortable" comment meant that she wanted more.
