The season 6 finale of "The Walking Dead" saw one of the biggest cliffhangers in the show's history, with one of the main characters being killed by Negan. Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays Negan on the show, gave a clue on who Negan didn't kill.
Fans of AMC's "The Walking Dead" have long been waiting for the answer to the question that has long been on everyone's mind. Who did Negan kill at the end of season 6. In the finale, where Rick and his people, including Carl, Abraham, Daryl, Michonne, Glenn, and other main members of the group, were captured and lined up by Negan, as he randomly chose one of them to feel the wrath of his barbed baseball bat, "Lucille."
In an interview with IMDb News, cast members of "The Walking Dead," Steven Yuen, Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, along with Jeffrey Dean Morgan, sat with Kevin Smith, as Morgan was asked about the season 6 finale. Smith asked the newest member of the cast on who was on the receiving end of the bloody beating, and Morgan responded, "No one sitting here!," as the other cast members cracked a smile, according to a report from Cinema Blend.
That would mean that neither Glenn, Daryl, nor Rick was the one who was brutally killed in the gruesome ending of "The Walking Dead's" previous season. Although that it was Glenn who was killed at the hands of Negan in the comic book version of the story, but that doesn't seem to be the case here, if Morgan's words were indeed true.
The official Twitter page of "The Walking Dead" also teased the possibility that Carl will be the one who won't make it through the seventh season with a Tweet that read "Is this the end for Carl? Don't miss the #TWD Season 7 premiere when all will be revealed."
Don't miss out on "The Walking Dead" as it premieres on October 23.
