The Apple iPad family will reportedly be growing anew after a Japanese blog hinted that three new iPads will be released on March 2017. All the tablets are said to be carrying the Pro name, including the iPad Mini, which alternatively will be called iPad Pro Mini
As far as the infamous Japanese blog, Macotaraka, reports via The Verge, the revamped version of iPad Mini 4 will come with four speakers and a smart connector. The new iPad Pro Mini 5 will also reportedly be equipped with the same, old headphone jack and so will the rest of the line be.
The 7.9-inch iPad Pro Mini will also have True Tone display and a 12 MP front-facing iSight camera. Just like the its bigger counterparts' features, the iPad Pro Mini will carry True Tone Flash.
In a report by Mac Rumors, the speculated iPad Pro features match with what KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said in August. Although, one difference is that his research indicated that only two iPads will carry the Pro line, and that does not include the iPad Pro Mini.
Mac Rumors reports that the highly reliable Apple analyst did not entirely mention anything about the iPad Pro mini then. This is after rumors spread that the iPad mini line will soon be phased out, especially with the advent of Apple's Plus phones.
Apple fans thought that as bigger mobile phones had been released, the tech giant would see no need of the iPad Pro mini tablets. Turns out, it can be the other way around for those behind Apple.
The Japanese blog said that the information in the iPad Pro mini were handed by unnamed reliable source. Although, to date, there are still no official announcements from Apple.
