Premier League End of Season Standings Predicted by Super Computer; Manchester United on Top

Once again, the Super Computer has made its annual Premier League final standings predictions, and leading the English league is Manchester United, who have looked promising so far in the early stages.

The Super Computer is once again brought back to make its predictions for the 2016-2017 standings of the English Premier League, as it previously had over the years, and the results of this season's predictions are quite interesting.

The 20 clubs of the Premier League have been predicted their place on this season's table by the Super Computer, and while the bottom half of the predicted table is relatively consistent, the top half of the teams that are vying for the Premier League trophy would come off as a little bit surprising.

In a report from the Daily Star UK, the Super Computer has put the biggest names of the Premier League in the top 5. Liverpool, who currently sits in at 4th in the current league standings was predicted to finish in 5th place, while Arsenal, who now holds 3rd place, was put in 4th.

Chelsea, while currently struggling in the early stages of the Premier League, was predicted to finish at 3rd. The league's current top team, Manchester City, will finish just short of the title in second place, leaving the trophy to the newly transformed and rejuvenated Manchester United, who holds one of the deadliest attacking lines in football today.

Defending champions, Leicester, were knocked out of title contention as they fall to 7th place, along with last season's predicted second placer, the Tottenham Hotspur.

Manchester United has plenty of ground to cover, if the team does intend to fulfil the Super Computer's projected outcome, as they currently sit in 6th place, according to the current Premier League standings, with only 4 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw, and a total of 13 points in over 7 games, just 5 points behind current leaders Manchester City.
