'Gossip Girl' Reunion Latest News Update: Blake Lively Speaks; Will Fans Get A Reboot Of The CW Series?

Fans might hear the famed "You Know You Love Me, XOXO" line again, and no one expected it could be this soon. CW series, "Gossip Girl", may possibly be listed for a reboot!

In an interview with E! Online, producer of the well-loved teen drama series, Josh Schwartz, hinted the possibility of redoing "Gossip Girl." Although he did not blatantly said yes, the "Gossip Girl" creator said they are still to explore the possibilities of rebooting the series.

That sounds better than a no, doesn't it? Of course, any die-hard "Gossip Girl" shipper would take it as a half-baked yes.

While the creator is still isn't decided on whether or not "Gossip Girl" will be rebooted, if fans were to ask Blake Lively, they get a resounding yes. The one and only Serena van der Woodsen said that if it works out, she will be completely thrilled.

"I don't know, it would be fun," the blondie bombshell in "Gossip Girl" said, as per Teen Vogue. "We had such a great time doing that that I think we would all enjoy that."

Apart from Lively, joining into the fun would be Sebastian Stan as he expressed interest in remaking "Gossip Girl" as well. Stan played as Carter Baizen in "Gossip Girl" and had a whole lot of exposure in the "Gossip Girl" Season 1.

While two "Gossip Girl" characters already expressed their interest in rebooting the show, a few more others are need to be convinced. Leighton Meester (as Blair Waldorf) and Ed Westwick (as Chuck Bass), that is, of course. It would be "Gossip Girl" without the iconic couple.

Chace Crawford (as Nate Archibald) and Penn Badgley (Dan Humphrey) should also be into this, if the reboot comes to life. But for now, we can wait for a little more while since "Gossip Girl" just ended four years ago.
