'Rise Of The Tomb Raider' Latest News & Updates: What Can Fans Expect From '20 Year Celebration' Edition

"Rise of the Tomb Raider" finally reached another milestone as hits 20th year. In line with it, Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix released a new edition and trailer to celebrate two decades with Lara Croft. As a treat to loyal fanatics, "Rise of the Tomb Raider" is now up for grabs for PS4 users, among other 20th Celebration edition perks.

Game Spot reports that the "Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" preview teased fans of what's in store for its 20 Year Celebration edition. Released on October 4th, "Rise of the Tomb Raider" trailer showcased Lara Croft in different skins.

Five various classic Lara skins will be made available for "Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" edition, per Games Radar. These will be unlockable and were inspired from several "Tomb Raider" films.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" edition trailer also gave a sneak peek on Lara's weapons, as well as a preview of the new "Extreme Survivor" difficulty level. Availability of PlayStation VR Support was also mentioned.

Not only that. At the end part of the "Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" trailer is another good news: players will receive 100,000 in-game credits. Users just have to play within the first week of launch to get the said bonus.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" will also feature several mini game modes as seen in the trailer. Extra game modes are available as DLC for $10, according to Kotaku, and can also come with season pass.

The multi-award winning game was released on October 11 and has received favorable critique standings since. Metacritic rates "Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" with 86%, IGN with 9.3/10 and Stuff with 4/5.
