Anna Schmidt, the daughter of The Piano Guys' Jon Schmidt has been reported missing. The search has been ongoing since the last contact with Anna Schmidt who went on hiking.
According to ABC News, Anna Schmidt has been reported missing or may have been injured or possibly lost during a hiking trip in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. Anna Schmidt was last seen on Sunday and was reported missing on Wednesday when her car was found a day later near Bonneville Dam.
Anna Schmidt enjoys the outdoors and is a regular hiker. Anna Schmidt is reported to be excited in using her newly bought tent and a new backpack for future hiking trips.
However despite the new hiking gears and equipment, DailyMail UK shared that Anna Schmidt' mother, Michelle that she was not prepared for the Oregon hiking. Anna Schmidt did not have any of her equipment during this recent trip. Both Anna Schmidt's parents Anna and Jon Schmidt believe that she may be injured or lost. Authorities report that at present, there is so far no sign of foul play for this Anna Schmidt case.
Anna Schmidt moved to Portland, Oregon from Salt Lake City recently last July. Anna Schmidt is believed to be 5-foot 4-inches in height, 125 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. Anyone who may have seen a young lady with these features is strongly encouraged to report to 911.
The father of Anna Schmidt, Jon Schimdt asked that if anyone was at the Columbia Rive Gorge the same day as his daughter to help them by reporting the Police Department. There are still no developments on where Anna Schmidt is or as to what exactly is her current condition.
It must be difficult for Anna Schmidt's father to accept the fact that his daughter may not still be alive in one of his interviews. All he can ask for, as posted on his Facebook page are prayers that Anna Schmidt is still alive and be found the soonest possible time.
