Top supermodels and best friends Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid have given a different rendition to singer Justin Bieber's "Baby" song but they're not the first ones to have done covers before. Other celebrities have also done similar feats.
According to Teen Vogue, celebrities like Nick Jonas and Lily-Rose Depp have performed a rendition of Justin Bieber's "Sorry" with 27 other stars. The performance was likened to that of a poetry slam.
Entertainment Tonight reported that Gigi had ended up singing the song like she was in a karaoke bar. "You guys, this is scary!" she exclaimed before she started to sing. On the other hand, Kendall was more serious towards singing it. Kendall read the lyrics, saying "Baby, baby, baby, ohhh.."
Kendall has also collaborated with Justin in the past. In April 2015, Kendall joined Justin together with Ariana Grande and Lance Bass in covering Carly Rae Jepsen's "I Really Like You" in a lip-sync performance.
According to Time, Kendall took on a dramatic take with the lines "You know you love me, you know you care," while Gigi tried singing the song in karaoke-style. This was done in a short segment with "W" magazine's Lynn Hirschberg.
Kendall and Gigi were the cover girls for "W" magazine and they were asked to perform the song for the magazine. Apart from rendering Justin Bieber's songs, Kendall has also performed a Taylor Swift song with sister Kylie back then.
Kendall lip-synced "Better than Revenge" with Kylie six years ago. They were seen frolicking in Kris Jenner's backyard with Kendall dramatically kicking dirt while the video is shot in slow motion.
Kendall was also featured singing Rihanna's "Work" song with Cara Delevigne, Kevin Hart, Zendaya and Big Sean among others. This was back in March where Kendall was seen singing with a blow dryer.
Recently, Kendall is also involved in the remake of "Where is the Love?" song by Will.i.am together with other celebrities. Kendall is known throughout the fashion industry as a supermodel but she might make waves in the music industry soon.
