The gradual loss of "Pokémon GO" players may have opted Niantic to do something about it. True enough, the developer will be releasing daily bonuses to entice the "Pokémon GO" players to keep catching more.
Niantic has several options to win the loyalty of the "Pokémon GO" players, but they decided to keep them more engaged with daily bonuses. This essentially would keep the "Pokémon GO" players coming back for more--every day. This means players would get more rewards if they keep on playing "Pokémon GO" too often.
"Pokémon GO" players who want to start earning daily bonuses will have to visit a Pokéstop to earn the initial bonus or win extra items. They can also catch a Pokémon every single day to earn 500 XP from each catch or earn extra stardust from the Pokémon, according to Tech Crunch.
Doing this every day will earn the "Pokémon GO" players more rewards. In fact, doing so for a full week will give bigger bonuses and more items and stardust. Furthermore, up to 2,000 XP can be gained.
Longtime players of "Pokémon GO" can effortlessly earn the rewards as they would usually visit the game several times a day. Niantic may have been reaching out to the irregular "Pokémon GO" players, hoping that they find more reasons to keep on playing "Pokémon GO."
This is not the first Niantic made efforts to preserve "Pokémon GO's" huge player base. In their Halloween event, "Pokémon GO" has apparently gained a significant amount of revenue with 2.3 times increase from the week before, as seen in the data from Sensor Tower.
"Pokémon GO" also earned high from daily revenues on Oct. 29, but the highest earned revenue was seen in the middle of the event. The event featured higher catch chances for various Halloween-related Pokémon, which includes Gastly, Meowth and Zubat. Players also got to enjoy higher pay-out rates for the candies they earn from several activities like catching Pokémon, walking with a buddy Pokémon or transferring a Pokémon to the professor.
Going back to the "Pokémon GO" daily bonuses, Niantic has not rolled out the offer yet. However, the team behind "Pokémon GO" said that they will make it available soon.
