‘Gilmore Girls’ Marathon News, Reboot Spoilers, Update: Rory Needs Closure From Dean? Ultimate Marathon With Pop-Up Trivias Begins Next Week

"Gilmore Girls" marathon is happening next week and it is not a usual TV marathon. Sean Gunn who portrays as Kirk Gleason in the series is hosting the marathon and it will include pop-up trivia and commentary from the Gilmore Guys. Meanwhile, recent spoilers suggest that Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) will have to get her closure from Dean Forester (Jared Padalecki) for her to move on with a new love life.

"Gilmore the Merrier Binge-A-Thon" is slated to air on Nov. 18 which will run until Nov. 25, just in time for the premiere of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life." The marathon will be aired by UP TV and is suggested to cover all the seven seasons of the series. It will be a 153-hour marathon that will feature trivia and will also give fans a chance to win exciting prizes throughout the "Gilmore the Merrier Binge-A-Thon" week, E! Online reported.

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life," meanwhile, is rumored to see Rory find her closure from Dean. Actor Padalecki has been reported to have filmed for only a single day for "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life." This could mean that his appearance on "Gilmore Girls" reboot is quite short but it does not mean that it has less importance in Rory's life moving forward.

Speculations claimed that Dean will be back to have an important conversation with Rory to finally get closure so Rory can move on with who she wants to spend her life with, Bustle reported. It can be recalled that Dean is the first man in Rory's life who showed her what love could be so it seems fair enough that he will also be the one to help Rory take her next step into her new life. It still remains to be seen, however, who Rory would choose between Jess Mariano (Milo Ventimiglia) and Logan Huntzberger (Matt Czuchry) on "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life."

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" is slated to premiere on Nov. 25. In the meantime, check out the full trailer of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" here. You can also drop your own predictions about who Rory could end up with on "Gilmore Girls" in our comments section below.
