‘Big Bang Theory’ Episode 8 Spoilers & Promo: Shamy Making A Baby! Penny & Leonard’s BDSM Scene Banned In The UK

The entirety of last week's "The Big Bang Theory" episode titled "The Veracity Elasticity" wasn't shown in the United Kingdom. The country's advertisers banned Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny's (Kaley Cuoco) racy scene.

In that episode of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, Sheldon (Jim Parsons) had a dream that Leonard and Penny turned his old bedroom into a sex dungeon. In his dream, Sheldon saw his friends in complete role playing and BDSM attire, with Leonard's wrists tied and Penny holding a leather crop.

The episode aired in its entirety in the United States but Sheldon's dream sequence was completely banned for U.K. television, Mirror reported. Cuoco also shared a Polaroid snapshot of herself and Galecki in the steamy "The Big Bang Theory" scene via Instagram.

The upcoming eighth episode of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 will showcase another milestone in Sheldon and Amy's (Mayim Bialik) relationship. In the episode titled "The Brain Bowl Incubation," Sheldon will "stop at nothing to convince Amy they should procreate" after their genes were successfully combined in an experiment, SpoilerTV reported.

Sheldon and Amy just began living together in recent "The Big Bang Theory" episodes and viewers may feel that conceiving a baby is a giant step for the couple. Then again, nothing is conventional about the two's relationship and Sheldon's desire to make a baby may be impersonal. He's probably doing it to potentially benefit mankind by combining excellent genes.

Meanwhile, Raj (Kunal Nayyar) is ashamed of disclosing to his friends "what the new woman he's dating does for a living." It was revealed earlier in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 that his relationship with both Claire and Emily are done and he was embarrassed by how it ended. Raj's new feelings of shame may be justified, given how his pals - especially Sheldon - would likely pass judgment for the woman he's currently dating.

In other news, The Hollywood Reporter recently revealed that CBS is developing a spinoff of "The Big Bang Theory." Steve Molaro will serve as the showrunner of the project and it will be about the young version of Sheldon.

What do you think of Sheldon and Amy's procreation plans? Is Leonard and Penny's BDSM scene too steamy for your own liking? Does it deserve to be banned in the U.K.? Share your thoughts about "The Big Bang Theory" and watch the promo for the upcoming episode below.
