These judges are expected to bring new flavor and appeal to the revamped "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 23. It has been reported that the previous cycles of the show have been doing poorly on ratings. It is then normal for the producer and former-host, Tyra Banks to do some major changes to yet again pique the interest of the show.
