‘Deadpool’ News & Updates: Part 3 To Include 'X-Men,' Ryan Reynolds Quarrels With Director

Following the surprising success of "Deadpool," Fox is reportedly already working on "Deadpool 3." Spoilers suggest that it will be an exciting crossover with Marvel's "X-Men." Unfortunately, director Tim Miller has backed out from the directing the sequel due to a misunderstanding with actor Ryan Reynolds.

Sources say that Miller and Reynolds had a disagreement on the how to attack "Deadpool 3," The Hollywood Reporter states. Apparently, Reynolds wanted the film to keep "the same guerilla feel" and retain the theme's signature comedic antics. Miller, on the other hand, wanted to "significantly increase the budget" for the franchise.

According to Comicbook.com, Fox is now negotiating with "John Wick" director David Leitch to take over. Fans are hoping that Reynolds and Leitch would meet in the same creative zone as everyone's excited for the film's third installment.

There are still no specific dates on the filming and of “Deadpool 3.” But according to sources, Fox has great faith in Reynolds playing Deadpool's character, as they didn't expect the film to be a massive hit. The R-Rated film had a modest budget, delayed for years, but still became the highest-grossing movie among its genre. With this, Fox announced the film's sequel last April.

Meanwhile, "Deadpool 3" is also said to be a crossover between another Marvel superhero group, the X-Men. A strong theory suggests that it will include the X-Force, a group of superheroes which is commonly linked to the X-Men. The storyline hasn't been revealed yet, but fans are already expecting a lot from the third installment.

According to The Independent, "Deadpool 2" will introduce Cable, leader of the X-Force. Can fans expect Wolverine and Cyclops in "Deadpool 3," then? We'll have to wait to find out.

"Deadpool 2" will be released in cinemas in 2018.
