'Arrow' Season 5 Episode 6 Recap: Prometheus Identy Revealed, Or Was It Just A Red Herring?

"Arrow" Season 5 Episode 6 started with Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) continuing to track Prometheus, together with Spartan (David Ramsey). But is it really Prometheus they're tracking, or could it be just a red herring?

Green Arrow and Spartan get inside an abandoned warehouse and the explosion begins, literally. The phrase "So It Begins" is written on the warehouse's floor.

In the Arrow Cave, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) wants to form the Arrowlettes, but Diggle (Ramsay) and Oliver disagrees. But Oliver didn't have second thoughts on having an interview with Susan Williams, EW recaps.

Going back, the encounter in the warehouse allowed the fans to see who the man behind Prometheus mask is. The super villain for this season is Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne).

"Arrow" Season 5 Episode 6 ends as Prometheus revealed that the throwing stars he had been using to kill civilians were from the arrow's Oliver used. It wasn't difficult for Oliver and Felicity to consider that the only person who can access the used arrows is from the police department.

However, fans are speculating that pointing Quentin as Prometheus is just a red herring. The "Arrow" fans seem to conclude this as Quentin becomes conscious from what seemed to be a daze. He wakes up and notices that he's holding a throwing star, Cinema Blend recaps.

Fans think that this is a sign the Prometheus is misleading Green Arrow and his team. But some fans also think otherwise.

Quentin has always been obsessed with Green Arrow, even during the first season of the show. His obsession is said to influence his actions and also made him decide to be a villain and fight against Oliver.

Is it just too obvious that Quentin is Prometheus? If yes, then who do you think is the villain for this season's "Arrow"?

Find out in the next episode of "Arrow" Season 5 on Wednesday, 8 p.m. ET, on CW.
