New characters will pop up on "Scream Queens" Season 2. The identity of the Green Meanie is also expected to be revealed in next week's episode titled "Blood Drive."
In episode six of "Scream Queens" Season 2, Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Chanel (Emma Roberts) will organize a blood drive to solve C.U.R.E. Institute's "severe shortage" due to an influx of patients attacked by the Green Meanie, SpoilerTV reported. Given that this is "Scream Queens," it's possible that the blood drive would go sideways and horrifyingly bloody.
Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley), on the other hand, "sets a plan of revenge in motion" and Hester (Lea Michele) "finds a way to join the hospital's staff." A "shocking revelation involving" the Green Meanie will also happen in episode six of "Scream Queens" Season 2.
There are speculations that the episode will finally reveal the killer's true identity. Several signs have hinted that the murderer is either Nurse Hoffel or Grace (Skyler Samuels) but others are under suspicion as well.
Next week's "Scream Queens" episode airs on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 9:01-10:00 PM ET/PT on Fox. In the new promo (which you can watch below), a bored Hester terrorized Chanel with a knife while saying that when she's bored she starts thinking of "ways to murder people."
In other news, Brooke Shields is set to guest star on "Scream Queens" Season 2 as Dr. Scarlett Lovin, a role inspired from cardiothoracic surgeon and TV personality, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Entertainment Weekly reported. It turns out that the Chanels are huge fans of Oz.
It's still unknown how Shields' character will fit into "Scream Queens" but the role is expected to be a pivotal one for the Fox comedy-horror series' second season. Lovin will debut in the Dec. 13 episode and it appears that Shields already began filming her scenes, judging from the set photo shared by John Stamos (Dr. Brock Holt) on Instagram a few days ago with the actress.
The "Blood Drive" episode of "Scream Queens" Season 2 will also showcase guest star August Emerson as Brandon Szathmary. Episode seven, on the other hand, will feature Kasey Mahaffy, Marissa Jaret Winokur, and Amy Okuda in guest starring roles as Thomas Benderhall, Shelly, and Anna Plaisance, respectively, SpoilerTV listed.
