Microsft's Xbox and "Halo" just celebrated their 15th anniversary with the slogan that states: "We're just getting started." A clip was shared on Twitter regarding the upcoming DLC for "Halo 5: Guardians," the day after the celebration.
The first day towards "Halo's" 16th year started with a teaser on Twitter posted on "Halo's" official page. The teaser contained two variants (blue and orange) of the grenade launchers used in "Halo Reach." A new variant of sentinel beam and the anti-air Wraith was also teased.
Hidden Forge Files in "Halo 5" for Windows 10 were found by modders and tested the equipment. The blue grenade launcher seems to have slight tracking and the orange launcher fires cluster grenades and both will fire EMP grenades. The anti-air wraith fires multiple fuel rod-like blasts and has a turret for the passenger, according to YouTube's Chief Canuck.
The "Halo" community is hyped up by the teaser, speculations are being presented from different parts of the web. 343 Industries is in a way telling the public that "Halo" is going to be receiving a lot of DLCs and updates in the coming year. The teaser showcased weapons from the previous "Halo" installments could be an indication that 343 industries will bring back the weapons and other equipment from the previous games. Infusing the following elements with "Halo 5's" engine is gonna be something any Halo fan should look forward to.
It has been over a year since "Halo 5" launched and 343 Industries has been providing the community with quality updates. The "Halo" series and the Xbox brand have always been a perfect combination. The another possibility is that the teaser could be part of the upcoming "Halo 6," which may come out together with Microsoft's most anticipated Project Scorpio.
