"Gran Turismo Sport" release date has been pushed later than what fans initially expected. The delay might just be compensated with the PSVR and PS4 Support Details Update.
The PlayStation Blog recently featured a post by Corey Brotherson, Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe content producer. The entry explained in detail the features and other interesting updates than fans can expect with the upcoming release of "Gran Turismo Sport."
Polyphony president Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator of the longest running racing simulation of the video game history expressed how serious their team is working on exploiting the full potential of PlayStation 4 Pro. The "Gran Turismo Sport" team says the game will use visuals that will make players confuse in-game cars with real-life counterparts, as per Mobilenapps.
During a media event in London, Yamauchi said the PS4 Pro is set to mark a historical moment. "Gran Turismo Sport" will be the first video game that will possess far greater quality images over movies, broadcasting and all other media forms.
"Gran Turismo Sport" game developers will exhaust the capabilities of PlayStation 4 Pro by featuring the dynamic 4K scaling, HDR, constant 60 frames per second and dozens of visual eye-candy features. The team is not planning on leaving VR behind.
Yamauchi emphasized that the game will incorporate in a way that will make players see it in an entirely new form. "Gran Tursimo Sport" promises players a raw and live feeling similar to actually sitting in the cockpit of a cruising car.
