Gamers are in for great treats this Black Friday. Some of the most popular titles in the gaming world, such as "World of Warcraft" and "Overwatch," will be available at heavily discounted prices for Black Friday 2016-many of them at half their original prices or even less.
"World of Warcraft" sells at a significantly discounted price of $4.99 from $19.99, while "Overwatch: Origins Edition" now costs $34.99 instead of $54.99, according to Blizzard Entertainment. Blizzard also has Black Friday deals for its "Star Craft II" series: you can buy the first two chapters "Wings of Liberty" and "Heart of the Swarm" for $9.99 instead of $19.99 each, while "Legacy of the Void" is priced at $19.99.
"Heroes of the Storm," meanwhile, offers two discount bundles, according to Blasting News. The first is "Legend of the Nexus," where the cost of one skin and two mounts for each character is down to $39.99 from $86.42. "Altered War," the second bundle, is on sale at $9.99 from an original price of $82.90.
The deals will be valid until Nov. 28, and can be purchased via Blizzard's battle.net client. However, Blizzard's big games "Hearthstone" and "Diablo III" are not part of its Black Friday deals, PC Gamer notes.
Blizzard's Black Friday deals are not all about video games, however. Several merchandise items are also on sale, many of them at half their original prices, PC Games reports.
A Diablo chess set, which costs $300, can now be bought for only $150, while a Bloodfang Robe is now available for $65 instead of $130. Action figures from "Heroes of the Storm" can be yours for only $6.60 instead of $22.
Aside from Blizzard's titles, other video games will be more affordable this Black Friday. On Amazon, "Dishonored 2" and "Gears of War 4" are both priced 42 percent off ($35), while "The Witcher 3" is available for $20 after a 50 percent discount. "XCOM 2" is on sale for $20 (66 percent off) and "Battlefield 1" for $40 (33 percent off).
