In a few hours, at last Fumito Ueda's masterpiece will be out "The Last Guardian" to gamers who have been dying to get their hands on the game. The trailer prior to its official outing was unveiled during the PlayStation Experience 2016.
"The Last Guardian" latest trailer teases more into the world of Trico and the boy. It shows the world outside the castle, which was previously displayed in earlier trailers.
Meanwhile, the plot of "The Last Guardian" involves a young boy in a strange and mystical land. He discovers a mysterious creature, forming a deep unbreakable bond with it. Named Trico and the boy, they must rely now on each other to "journey through towering treacherous ruins filled with unknown dangers. Fumito Ueda was best known his other more popular projects such as "Ico" and "Shadow of the Colossus." The question now remains whether "The Last Guardian" will live up to expectations since it has been in development since 2007, per earlier report.
VG247 noted how Sony worldwide boss Shuhei Yoshida beamed as he introduced the much-anticipated game "The Last Guardian." Audience members were in fact even chanting his name and hooting and hollering. So this is one epic game that fans shouldn't miss out on.
The Guardian reported their review on "The Last Guardian." According to them, it is a "joyous meditation on companionship."
"The Last Guardian" can be played on PlayStation 4 beginning Tuesday, December 6, according to PlayStation Lifestyle.
