The bad news is the demo will not be "complete" until December 9 for Xbox One on and December 19 for Steam, according to VG247.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" will be launching beginning January 24, 2017, on for PC, PS4, and Xbox One alongside the DLC pack called "Banned Footage," which will come out first on PS4.
