"Scream Queens" Season 2 star Keke Palmer (Zayday Williams) revealed that the FOX series has things shaping up for the Emma Roberts (Chanel Oberlin) led TV show in more ways than one. On the one hand - pun unintended, Episode 7 ("The Hand") is a recovery from the ratings dip of Ep 6 ("Blood Drive"). On the other hand, "Screams Queens" stars Billie Lourd (Chanel Number 3) and Taylor Lautner (Dr. Cassidy Cascade) seem to be getting on well on and off-screen.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Keke Palmer caught Billie Lourd and Taylor Lautner extending the bloom of their romance as Chanel Number 3 and Dr Cassidy Cascade off the set of "Scream Queens." A Snapchat by the actress captured the couple on a night out. Despite strong chemistry on-screen as Chanel Number 3 and Dr Cassidy Cascade, their pairing off-screen caught co-star Keke Palmer off-guard.
Billie Lourd and Taylor Lautner recently had Chanel Number 3 and Dr. Cassidy Cascade reveal their love in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 7 as Entertainment Weekly recapped. This surge of love between them, in fact, spurred Dr. Cassidy Cascade to offer an impromptu hand surgery to Dr. Brock Holt (John Stamos) meant to get rid of the latter's serial killer hand transplant. Unhappily, Dr. Brock Holt seems fated to repeatedly end up with murderous hand transplants and Chanel Oberlin is in more danger than ever.
As IMDb posts, "Scream Queens" Season 2 finale, "Drain The Swamp" is closing the season on Dec 20. One wonders if the fans have gotten used to the darker treatment given to Season 2 for "Scream Queens" to merit a third run. Will Chanel Oberlin and her Chanels survive the numbers game and get a confirmation for Season 3?
Fans of the FOX series can only hope so. Meanwhile, FOX will air "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 9 "Lovin the D" on Dec 13. Brooke Shields guest stars as Dr. Scarlett Lovin in this penultimate episode of Season 2.
