The 2016's movie roster is over in a few weeks and so far it has been a steady mix of animation, remakes, sequels and live-action films. Now, seeing some of the movies already up on the 2017 release calendar list, we get to see a preview of a more exciting movie year.
According to CinemaBlend, the released movie list for 2017 is packed with a variety of movies, but one thing is worth noting - it has many sequels and some live-action movies that everyone's been dying to see. The release dates are all subject to change depending on the market which happens to change unexpectedly from time to time and probably new projects that are being whipped up unnoticed.
The Looper has provided a list of their suggested movies that moviegoers should watch out for this coming 2017. Check out the next passages to learn the films that you should watch in 2017.
First on the list is: "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter", which comes on January 27. Although the gap between each sequel takes a long time, this sixth installment will start right where "Resident Evil - Retribution" ended. Next is another Lego movie: "The Lego Batman Movie" - coming our way on February 10. After the first Lego Movie gained millions, Warner Bros took the hint and made another Lego movie.
The much awaited "Beauty and the Beast" will be in theaters, March 17. This is one of the much-loved animated classics of Disney turned into a live-action film. Another classic coming our way on March 24, 2017, is "Power Rangers". This is actually not the first time "Power Rangers" will be on the big screen, it has many spin-offs already, but this 2017 remake will have a more emotional and serious take on the 90's craze.
The controversial "Ghost In A Shell" movie accused of whitewashing have a release date on March 31, the unexpected comeback of the Furious franchise "Fast 8" will be out on April 14; Wonder Woman will be on cinemas, June 2 and Sequels such as "Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2", "World War Z 2", another pirates movie called "Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Men Tell No Tales", "Cars 3", "Transformers - The Last Knight", "Despicable Me 3" and "War of the the Planet of the Apes".
