The long wait is over as the final trailer for the upcoming movie "Assassin's Creed" is out. In that recently released movie trailer, many new film details have been revealed.

This movie adaptation of the famous video game with the same title runs with a storyline that tells of the backstory of the franchise. An article by AV Club continues to describe the opening of the trailer saying that Alan Rikkin played by Jeremy Irons explains why the Templars' wants the artifact called the Apple of Eden. It is said that the artifact can save humanity because it prevents violence in the future. Needless to say having that in mind, it is easy for the bad characters to use the said artifact as a means to control the world instead.

Because Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) a convicted criminal is the only link back to the time where the artifact is said to be in existence, he gets kidnapped and plugged into the Animus that connects him to the memories of his ancestor Aguilar de Nerha - an assassin and the key to finding the artifact before they run out of time. The trailer also shows that it is not only Lynch who got hooked up to the Animus to get the secrets of his ancestors.

The movie will be directed by Justin Kurzel and in that movie, Kurzel shares that Michael Fassbender did most of his fight scenes himself. And in addition to its already rich production, other actors such as Brendan Gleeson and Ariane Labed is also part of the cast.
