Hollywood now considers Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) as a favorite female superhero, and many would ask why? It’s because of her character arc that’s strongly recovered from hard times.

Her experiences and capability to overcome her struggles; rape and trauma, “Jessica Jones Season 1” has become a mirror of society. She realistically represents society’s moral problems and shows both men and women to that some can still come out from an abuse triumphantly, Movie Pilot reports.

“Jessica Jones Season 2” is expected to have a new supporting cast. Also, fans will see more of Trish (Rachael Taylor) as she and Jones will have a stronger core. It can be recalled that their relationship’s too strong that those who don’t know their history seems to look at them as lovers.

However, it’s still evident that Jones’ attempt to cope with her experiences will crack, eventually. This has been evident from the very beginning of the “Jessica Jones.” Here, “you can advance the character, but you never want to cure the character, Melissa Rosenberg said to Esquire.

It can also be that the second season will still be a long way to go considering that the writers just finished half-way of the script last August. With this, fans can expect the release of “Jessica Jones Season 2” late 2017 or early 2018.

Marvel and Netflix are overwhelmed with the support the show has, however, there are still a lot of projects lined up, including “Luke Cage” and “The Defenders.” Therefore, fans and viewers will eventually have to wait longer than expected for “Jessica Jones Season 2.”
