After appearing in the independent film "Jenny's Wedding," in 2015 Katherine Heigl will appear as a divorcee who can't move on from the shadow of her failed marriage in the upcoming Warner Bros. movie "Unforgettable." This drama-thriller flick serves as the first directorial project of Denise Di Novi and is set for release in Apr. 2017.
As posted in Deadline, the plot of this suspense movie centers around a disturbed divorcee, Tessa (Heigl) who is set to do everything she can to destroy the new life of her ex-husband, David (Geoff Stults) and his new wife Julia (Rosario Dawson). The first trailer of the upcoming horror flick promises to send shivers down the spine as Heigl and Dawson struggles to fight for the life they wish to have.
With two women taking on the main roles, it is also worth noting that the movie seems to be an all-female project with a woman director (Di Novi) and woman screenwriters (Christina Hudson and David Leslie Johnson).
