Want To Know The Top 6 Movies Of 2016 You Will Still Watch After A Decade? Read Below

Movies and TV shows are two of the greatest sources of entertainment but it is not as often that movies will still be watched by audiences after 10 years. This year, the top six movies of 2016 have been listed below as critics believe these flicks will still be enjoyed even after a decade.

"Mean Girls," "Star Wars," "Harry Potter," "Lord of the Rings," "Jumanji," "Jurassic Park," "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Cinderella," "Little Mermaid," and many more are some of the movies that are crowd favorites. Below are the list of the six 2016 movies that will be added to the growing number of movies that are timeless.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." This "Harry Potter" prequel has garnered a lot of buzz when it came out late 2016 and critics believe that it appeals to many age brackets since it is related to "Harry Potter." Just like the "Harry Potter" franchise, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" will also be having many sequels in the coming years making it all the more a timeless movie that will also be enjoyed by the other generations, Cinema Blend reported.

"Moana." This Disney animate flick was a hit and is definitely in the same level as "Cinderella," "Snow White," "Beauty and the Beast," "Little Mermaid," and the like. It was, however, different since it was about a princess from an island taking on a quest.

"Deadpool." The Ryan Reynolds-led flick is different from other superhero films since it is a standalone film and there is no need for a prequel or even a sequel, although "Deadpool 2" will soon be produced. It is also a comedy movie and this genre sells like pancakes to many.

"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story." The "Star Wars" franchise has been out for decades now and has been re-watched many times by fans of the movie. "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," which was out in December, was a hit and will most probably follow the footsteps of the original "Star Wars" franchise and will be watched by many in the coming years.

"Zootopia." The movie has been a massive success as the animated flick is about animals living in peace since the predator-prey relationship has been extinguished. The movie, however, centers on equality and will be a great movie to show children and adults as well so that they would be reminded about prejudice and equality still existing in this world, Movie Web reported.

"Manchester by the Sea." This movie is about family and many audiences are all about watching movies that touch the heartstrings. This drama is expected to get a lot of awards during this year's Oscars so this will also most likely be watched in the coming years.
