"Killer Instinct" has a lot in store for its players this year. Not only is the latest addition to its roster of DLC characters already up for grabs, but also Iron Galaxy, the game's developer, showed off that Ultimate Finishers are yet again back in the game, with Jago receiving the first one.
Microsoft's free-to-play Xbox One and PC fighting game "Killer Instinct" DLC character Kilgore is now available for players. The machine equipped with machine guns in his two arms retails at $10 on Xbox One or PC. But that's not all. Half the proceeds of all purchases of the character Kilgore will go to the Ultra Tour Community Fund. They are the ones organizing "Killer Instinct" gaming tournaments. This means that if more gamers buy the latest DLC Kilgore, then prizes for tournaments will be higher.
A livestream event was recently hosted by Iron Galaxy wherein they unveiled the backstory of Kilgore, including his origins, and that he is the precursor to Fulgore. According to WindowsCentral, like Fulgore, Kilgore is an obsolete Ultratech war machine brought back from retirement. Also, most of Kilgore's abilities are the same as those of Fulgore's, although he has the tendency to overheat. But relatively, Kilgore focuses mainly on zoning, per VG247.
This was not the only discussion during the live stream event. Iron Galaxy announced that Ultimate Finishers will soon be back in the game. These Ultimate Finishers add some style to victories in every battle.
Little is known about when the Ultimate Finishers will arrive or whether or not all characters will be receiving Ultimate Finishers. But in the video below, you can see Jago receiving his first Ultimate Finisher move against Kilgore, by conjuring a Dragon Ball Z-like fireball and blasting it against his enemy, leaving Kilgore into pieces. bCheck out "Killer Instinct" video below.
