"Resident Evil 4" has been re-mastered. The game got a re-vamp for Xbox One and PS4. The gameplay for the new upgrade reveals the survival horror third-person shooter video game at its best. The gameplay was released by Biohazard on its official YouTube channel.
Although "Resident Evil" started a trend in third-person shooting games in terms of mechanics, camera angles and control, it shifted to action-shooter dynamic from its survival horror feel.
The gameplay which has released reveals the look that the game gained when it will be revealed in its promised 60 frames per second speed and 1080p full HD gameplay. Also, fans will be treated to the amazing texture of the frames.
The footage of the new "Resident Evil 4" looks crisp as many of the in-game elements have also been re-textured along with the boost in the resolution. The game has been upgraded from 720p to 1080p. The items in the new "Resident Evil 4" have also received improved texture, reported Gamezone.
"Resident Evil 4" is a huge improvement for the previous console's HD Remaster. The previous version has evident blurred meshes. The gameplay reveals the US government special agent Leon S. Kennedy traversing a village in search for the President's daughter who was kidnapped by cult members. The Los Illuminados' were also involved in the kidnapping, reported iTechPost.
The gameplay for "Resident Evil 4" is set in a village in Spain. Leon faces and fights off mutated monsters and violent villagers. In the game, Leon also reunites with the mysterious spy Ada Wong.
Footage of "Resident Evil 4" revealed Leon guiding Ashley Graham as they enter a castle. Ashley comes handy as Leon receives help in solving the puzzles in the castle. The lighting effects of the game have also been improved considerably in the new "Resident Evil 4."
The HD version of "Resident Evil 4" will officially release on Aug. 30. The game is priced at $19.99. The "Resident Evil 4" will have all the add-ons previously released for the original game. It also includes New Game Plus, Mercenaries and Ada Wong's story.
The original game was released for GameCube in North America and Japan in January 2005 and in Europe and Australia in March 2005. The new release, "Resident Evil 4" is the sixth major installment of the game series.
