Google To Introduce Seven New Devices On October Press Event: What New Products Will Hit The Market?

Google will have its press event on Oct. 4 and the tech giant may unveil many of its upcoming devices. Few speculated devices include:

The most anticipated smartphones, Pixel and Pixel XL might be launched on this date. Reportedly, the phones will be manufactured by HTC likely ditching the Nexus models. Rumors suggest that the Pixel series will be better than Apple's iPhones.

A competitor of Amazon Echo, Google Home is paving its way although, the device was announced at the Google I/O Conference last May it may be launched this October. The device will have Bluetooth speaker and a microphone, along with basic functions like playing music, setting nest thermostat and weather forecast.

Google Wi-Fi router might be released according to Android Authority. It may cost $ 129 with a Wi-Fi mesh device like Eero or Luma.

Google Chromecast Ultra might also be unveiled this October; it is a 4K Chromecast. The news was leaked by Tipster Evan Blass on Twitter. The device might cost $69.

Daydream VR, one of the most anticipated devices will be here. According to Google, "Daydream is a platform for high quality, mobile virtual reality." The website cites, "Coming in Fall 2016, Daydream provides rich, responsive, and immersive experiences with hardware and software built for VR."

According to a Tweet by Evan Blass, Google may launch Huawei tablet. A 7-inch tablet with 4GB RAM that is said to be released by end of the year. October 4 could be the end of the year for its release.

Hiroshi Lockheimer, a senior vice president at Google focusing on Android and Chrome OS combination to make Andromeda hinted on Twitter to expect something big in the OS space from Google soon.
