Just a week ago, some fans were disappointed when "South Park" season 20 episode 4 didn't air on Comedy Central last Wednesday. However, the reason as to why there was no new episode last week remained to be uncertain but the series has vowed an interesting episode this Wednesday night.
Before "South Park" season 20 episode 4 airs this week, the previous episode followed Cartman's mysterious disappearance on social media. As previously reported, Cartman's sudden vanishing in the previous episode sparked a police investigation.
In addition, the episode prior to "South Park" season 20 episode 4 also depicted the events where Gerald continued to troll people online as Skank Hunt 42, which eventually led to a Danish Olympian's suicide. Garrison, on the other hand, was gearing up for the Presidential debate.
In "South Park" season 20 episode 4 titled, "Wieners Out," South Park Studios' press release revealed the upcoming episode will see the coming of "one sexist jerk" who will reportedly wreak havoc in the series this week. In addition, fans will get a glimpse of Kyle as he tries his best to bring the boys and the girls together.
Unfortunately, the rift between them will intensify in "South Park" season 20 episode 4 as the boys fight for their rights, leaving Kyle feel guilty over it. What's really interesting in the upcoming season though is the possibility that creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone will delve deeper into the romantic side of things and follow Cartman and Heidi's blooming relationship, which was made possible after Cartman quit Twitter.
Meanwhile, "South Park" season 20 has six more episodes left after the premiere of its episode 4. Fortunately, the 10-episode season is not the last for the series. As a matter of fact, the show has signed up to its 23rd season in 2019, Den of Geek noted.
So, what do you think will happen in "South Park" season 20 episode 4? Tune in on Comedy Central at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12. For the official synopsis and teaser, check out the press release of South Park Studios.
