Fans patiently wait for the latest "Tekken 7" release date updates. While the new Bandai Namco game is allegedly slated for a 2017 launch, its exact release date has yet to be determined as of writing.
Not a lot has been disclosed about the game's development. However, new "Tekken 7" release date reports have already confirmed the addition of a new character to the new title's roster of playable characters.
As Game N Guide recently revealed, "Tekken 6" character Miguel Caballero Rojo will be part of the upcoming game. The Spaniard thug will be back with a vengeance as several reports have already claimed that he is out to seek revenge for his sister's death.
Apart from Miguel other rumored characters that will be included in the "Tekken 7" line-up could include newbies Leo, Lars, Alisa and Bob. Fans are also clamoring for the return of some of the older characters like Ganryu, Lei Wulong, Anna Williams, Armor King and Julia Chang.
Meanwhile, fans have also started to speculate whether "Tekken 7" will have DLC. In a Reddit forum, user scottissoup yraised the question of whether Bandai Namco will have paid character DLC's in the future. Some fans argued that should fans get a paid DLC, it would most likely involve cosmetic upgrades like costumes.
"I'm pretty sure Harada has said he doesn't care for major DLC," user CyanideKitty claimed. "IIRC, he feels if you're paying for a game then you should get the full game (more or less)."
"Tekken 7" will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Stay tuned for more release date updates here!
