"Madam Secretary" Season 3 Episode 4 is expected to follow Elizabeth McCord (Tea Leoni) in Angola where a bombing had recently taken place. Additionally, Russell Jackson (Zeljko Ivanek) will also need Elizabeth to make sure that President Conrad Dalton (Keith Carradine) gets to the ballot in Ohio. Meanwhile, Henry McCord's (Tim Daly) attention will temporarily be diverted away from his family's stalker case as he and Jose Campos (Carlos Gomez) are suggested to finally reach conclusion on the stolen antiquities case.
"Madam Secretary" official Twitter account posted an image of Russell and Elizabeth with a caption, "Russell persuades Elizabeth to help get President Dalton on the ballot in Ohio on a new #MadamSecretary this Sunday night." This, however, is not the only duty of Elizabeth on the upcoming episode of "Madam Secretary" Season 3 as she is also tasked to head to Angola after the Dalton administration was criticized by the Bureau of African Affairs because they do not pay enough attention to the Angolan election. Apparently, a bomb exploded during a political rally that caused fears among the people and Elizabeth is the only person that the U.S. government can trust to resolve the situation.
"Madam Secretary" Season 3 Episode 4 is also suggested to see Henry and Jose unlocking more leads to the location of the antiquities stolen by Hizb al-Shahid that they have been investigating since the beginning of this season. The next episode will also see guest star Tonya Pinkins who will play as Susan Thompson, the Bureau of African Affairs assistant secretary, Cartermatt reported. Another guest star to appear is "The NFL Today" and "Thursday Night Football" host James Brown as himself.
