'Black Mirror' Season 4 Release Date, News Update: Netflix Series From Charlie Brooker Will Have Medieval & Space Episodes?

"Black Mirror" Season 4 from Netflix and creator Charlie Brooker will not only be bringing in Jodie Foster as director but could also finally have a medieval and a space episode. Freshly debuted on Netflix with "Black Mirror" Season 3, episodes of the Charlie Brooker anthology series continues to make mark with its edgy themes.

Den Of Geek cites revelation by Charlie Brooker to The Independent that "Black Mirror" Season 4 scripts are already halfway done. Charlie Brooker further revealed planning a medieval episode for "Black Mirror."

In the same way new "Black Mirror" settings are being explored by Charlie Brooker. Perhaps fans of the Netflix series could even see an episode in a space setting as The Independent proposed.

What Charlie Brooker did promise for "Black Mirror" Season 4 is that fans will see an episode in a setting which has never been attempted before for the anthology series. To be sure such a prospect for "Black Mirror" Season 4 would be quite something.

Something else new with "Black Mirror" Season 4 would be the attachment of Jodie Foster as director of one of the new episodes. Charlie Brooker revealed that a few other big names are interested in working with "Black Mirror" once schedules are sorted out.

Still, Den Of Geek points out that the Netflix series is not necessarily lacking in big names. "Black Mirror" Season 3 brought in Bryce Dallas Howard and Dan Trachtenberg.

As Parent Herald cites, "Black Mirror" has a new and ambitious platform on Netflix. Being thus, the coming episodes of the Netflix series could also become equally ambitious.

Netflix successfully released "Black Mirror" Season 3 on Oct 21 with the episodes "Nosedive," "Playtest," "Shut Up And Dance," "San Junipero," "Men Against Fire" and "Hated In The Nation." Netflix and Charlie Brooker are yet to announce the release date of "Black Mirror" Season 4 in 2017.
