The latest "Persona 5" news will get fans a little bit disappointed. Atlus USA announced last November 16 that the "Persona 5" US release has been delayed. Atlus USA did reassure fans that the delay was to ensure that the best localized "P5" game will be available for fans. The video game company though shared a lot of new information regarding "Persona 5".
"Persona 5" released date has been delayed from its original released date of February 14 to the now "P5" released date of April 4, 2017. Atlus USA made the announcement during their live stream event. The reason for the delay is that Atlus USA wants to preserve the "gold standard" of "Persona 5" when it was released in Japan. The delay will get devoted "Persona 5" fans the best localized "P5" video game.
With the "Persona 5" release delayed, Atlus USA did somehow appease fans by announcing that the upcoming video game will have dual-audio for both PS3 and PS4. The "Persona 5" dual audio feature will be a free "P5" DLC. It means that "Persona 5" fans can play the game with the original Japanese dubbing or choose to play with the English dubbed version.
"Persona 5" who were able to attend the PlayStation Experience got to play a "Persona 5" demo. Some lucky fans also received a "Persona 5" collector's card when they visited the Atlus USA booth.
The Phantom Thieves, the "Persona 5" group of heroes, stole a "Persona 5" Ryuji Sakamoto PS4 theme Atlus USA sneakily shared. The "Persona 5" PS4 theme was made available for twenty-four hours only.
Atlus USA released three new "Persona 5" trailers during their live stream event. The first two trailers are the "Persona 5" English dub trailers of "Persona 5" Yusuke Kitagawa and "Persona 5" Makoto NIjima. Matthew Mercer and Cherami Leigh are the "Persona 5" English voice cast for the said "P5" characters respectively.
The third "Persona 5" trailer featured the "Persona 5" game play withe "Persona 5" protagonist. The "Persona 5" English dubbed trailer showed the protagonist in his daily life. It shows the game mechanics on training at the gym, building a relationship with contacts, and doing part-time work among others.
"Persona 5" fans who pre-ordered the "Persona 5" "Take Your Heart" Premium edition got a sneak peek of the final art for the "P5" package. The "Persona 5" "Take Your Heart" Premium edition includes a "Persona 5" Morgana plush toy, a hardcover art book, "Persona 5" OST CD, a steelbook, and a bag. "Persona 5" is also available in a Steelbook Edition.
