Whitney Houston Daughter: Bobbi Kristina's Husband Nick Gordon Responsible For Her Death?

Nick Gordon, the man whom Bobbi Kristina Brown called her husband and the same person that her late mother, Whitney Houston helped raise was ordered to pay over $36 million to her estate, two months after he was confirmed legally responsible for her passing.

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi was in a coma for months after being found face down in the bathtub of the couple's home in Georga. She was also unconscious but still breathing. Nick denied the accusations and never charged with the crime that prompted her estate to file a $50 million "wrongful death civil lawsuit" against him, according to E News.

Bobbi Kristina Brown died in July 2015 at 22. Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford explained that a default decision has been made. Last September, Gordon failed to appear in court twice. The charges were technically admitted through omission.

Judge T. Jackson Bedford ordered Gordon to pay $36 million to Bobbi's estate as pressed by the family headed be her father, Bobby Brown. That would mean that any anything he earns in the future goes to Brown's estate.

Bobby Brown is happy about the outcome. He is confident that with the ruling, Gordon will not be able to slander the name of his daughter anymore. He cannot also benefit from their union because of the alleged wrongdoing. The order might be comforting but definitely not enough.

Understandably, Bobby Brown is not stopping there. He wanted Nick Gordon to be criminally prosecuted and not just fined through civil law. He urged District Attorney Howard to speed up the process because the long delay has already caused concern to the grieving family, as per CNN.
