With five more days before Sony's big event, speculations are spawning from the four corners of the web. The upcoming PlayStation Experience is said to contain more revelations and features than the previous events.
"The Last of Us 2," which is a sequel to Naughty Dog's post-zombie apocalypse horror game "The Last of Us," is rumored to be announced in the upcoming PlayStation Experience on Dec. 3-4, 2016. According to GamingBolt, "In a thread on NeoGAF about E3 2017, when someone posted that they would love for The Last of Us 2 to be announced there, shinobi left a tantalizing post saying only that 'Maybe you don't have to wait that long- shinobi602." Shinobi602is said to be an insider with a very good track record, and there is no reason to doubt him.
The new "God of War," on the other hand, will not be shown during the PlayStation Experience event, according to the game's director on a recent Twitter post. The new "God of War" was the opening for Sony's press conference in this year's E3. The new "God of War" featured a new timeline with the same protagonist but with a different look, same Kratos, different timeline.
"Horizon Zero Dawn," "Gran Turismo Sport," and "Spiderman" are some of the sure favorites to appear in this year's PlayStation Experience. Hideo Kojima's new project, "Death Stranding" is also rumored to finally reveal its secrets during the event. "Days Gone" which is also a post-apocalyptic zombie horror game might also be showcased during the event.
PlayStation VR may also become one of this year's PlayStation Experience centerpiece. Sony's virtual reality console is still at the beginning of its journey. The PSVR may still have untapped potential waiting to be harnessed, and that could also be one of the highlights of this year's Sony PlayStation Experience. Although the lineup was already revealed according to Gematsu, Sony has been known to feature some on-the-spot surprises.
