"Jessica Jones" is now heading on its second season and Netflix is sure to deliver a new set of surprises for all the fans waiting. Several rumors are spreading as who will be the notable MCU characters and heroes will appear on the "Jessica Jones" season 2.
A report from the Christian Today shows that "Jessica Jones" might finally meet her new female partner as Misty Knight is rumored to make an appearance in the next "Jessica Jones'" season. Misty Knight will then be joining the protagonist, Jessica Jones to fight crime on the other side of the Hell's Kitchen.
As of the moment, Misty Knight and "Jessica Jones" are confirmed to have their first meeting in the upcoming Netflix miniseries series called The Defenders. There are also now leaked footage revealed by the Metro in their report, which also unveiled the characters to appear such as Trish Walker, Stick and the Night Nurse Claire Temple.
On the other hand, Luke Cage seemed to be appearing as well in the "Jessica Jones" season 2. Luke Cage is known to be a part of the season 1 that made the series more particular on some of the events in the life of "Jessica Jones," and the fact that Luke Cage was known to be the husband of Jessica Jones.
In addition, the University Herald also reported that the showrunner Melissa Rosenberg hired a couple of female directors for the "Jessica Jones" season 2. The next "Jessica Jones" series was confirmed that it all the episodes will be directed by female directors.
Meanwhile, Jeph Loeb said previously on her statement that Daredevil would never have a chance to crossover with "Jessica Jones." As per the Cinema Blend, Matt Murdock is likely not to appear in the streets where Jessica used to walk. Netflix wants to make sure that every crossover would make sense and not for their own sake.
