PlayStation Experience 2016 Updates In Sony’s Biggest Tribute To The Gaming Community, What to Expect?

The PlayStation Experience is nearing its opening date. Expectations are high, and there are a lot of questions within the community.

The PlayStation Experience is now in its third year. The celebration started in Las Vegas in 2014 and moved to San Francisco in 2015. This year's PSX will be held in Anaheim, California. The showcase of PSX and the most awaited part is the "Keynote Presentation" wherein Sony and its partners present the future developments and innovation for the upcoming year. The keynote presentation is like a preview of the future or an organized sales pitch from Sony and its partners.

A peek into the future comes with a price: Two-Day Early Bird Ticket: $60 // Early bird available until Sunday, Oct. 16 or while supplies last (whichever comes first); Regular Two-Day Ticket: $75; Saturday Only Ticket: $45; and Sunday Only Ticket: $40.

The access is a little bit pricey, but the perks are worth it. This year 67 developers will showcase their craft, and this is just the near-final count. The industry's biggest names in gaming development like Activision, Naughty Dog, Bandai Namco, Capcom, Electronic Arts, Warner Bros. Games, Adult Swim Games, SNK and much more will be present. Playable demos of upcoming games specially made for the PS4 and the PSVR will be available thru booths and exhibits from these developers, based on the latest update from the PlayStation.Blog.

Another must-see during this celebration is the Worldwide Street Fighter Championship for the prestigious Capcom Cup. The tournament will showcase prominent players from all over the globe who qualified by winning thru Premier Events or thru accumulated points during the Capcom Pro Tour. Capcom Cup will have a $250,000 pot money that has increased to over $350,000, which will be fought for by the top eight, as reported by SRK.

Anaheim Convention Center will be packed during this event on Dec. 3-4. Tickets are available thru the PlayStation Experience website.
