Carrie Underwood Baby Weight Loss: Singer Shows Moms How To Lose The Pounds, 'Nap Time Is Crunch Time'

Carrie Underwood is the latest celebrity mother to push for the importance of keeping fit and maintaining a healthy workout after giving birth.

The singer and former American Idol is the new model of Calia's most recent campaigns. The brand, which sells active wear line, has just released its ad for its 2015 fall and winter collection featuring Carrie. The photos, which were first teased on Carrie's Instagram account in the past few weeks, and then later officially launched this week, according to E! News, shows the Grammy-winning performer with her well-toned built after pregnancy.

One of the captions of the poster read: "Nap time is crunch time," which was voted in by fans, according to People Style Watch.

"Fitness to me — I've been vocal about it over the years — is a lifestyle. I just love how I feel when I feel good about myself. There's definitely a lot of me in the Calia line," Carrie, who gave birth to Isaiah Michael Fisher last February, told E!

Even while Carrie was pregnant with her son with husband professional football player, Mike Fisher, she was constantly working out with trainer Erin Oprea, the news outlet reported.

Last Spring, the star also opened up about staying fit and active during and after pregnancy in a feature on Shape Magazine.

"It's important for me to stay active just because it makes me feel good," she said. "Throughout my day if I can get a little workout in and kind of get my blood pumping and stuff like that, it just makes my whole day feel better," she told the publication.

She has done running, boxing and hiking on top of her regular fitness exercises. "I love finding classes here and there that there's somebody else teaching me things that I can take home and do my own workouts when I'm by myself," she relayed.

Carrie is also actively pursuing a "Stay the Path" fitness campaign for moms in conjunction with Calia. This is where fans are able to share their own fitness experience on social media. According to E!, Carrie personally wrote notes to each of the fans, who shared their story in the Calia, adding a sweet gesture.

Meanwhile, Carrie's music career has once again picked up when her latest single "Little Toy Guns," topped the charts in recent weeks, according to CMT.
