BoJack Horseman (Will Arnett) from Netflix and series creator Raphael Bob-Waksberg is designed as a warning rather than a role model for viewers. "BoJack Horseman" Season 4 is dropping soon from Netflix and new characters are anticipated to join the core cast. Along with Will Arnett, Alison Brie (Diane Nguyen, Princess Carolyn (Amy Sedaris), Mr. Peanutbutter (Paul F. Tompkins), and Ted Chavez (Aaron Paul)had been the backbone of the Netflix series.
Among the expectations for "BoJack Horseman" Season 4 are cutting edge presentation that would match Season 3 Episode 4 "Fish Out Of Water." Lauded as one of the best episodes of Season 4, Raphael Bob-Waksberg had BoJack go through an underwater episode where the Netflix star was unable to speak. Despite the lack of words, or perhaps because of it, Episode 4 is considered one of the strongest episodes in Season 3.
Vulture cites revelation by Raphael Bob-Waksberg on how the "BoJack Horseman" creator persuaded Netflix executives to support "Fish Out Of Water." The series creator cited the strength of "Shaun The Sheep" and a silent episode of "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" among others to argue his case. While another silent episode in Season 4 may not be forthcoming, Raphael Bob-Waksberg and his team can be expected to deliver a similar cutting-edge episode.
Meanwhile Parent Herald cites the possibility that "BoJack Horseman" Season 4 may have less Diane Nguyen. This comes in the wake of announcements that co-star Alison Brie is set to lead the new live-action Netflix series, "GLOW." Still and all, Diane Nguyen and the other characters may actually have to make way for new characters expected to be introduced in Season 4, including a speculated teen-aged daughter of BoJack Horseman.
Speaking of daughters, will BoJack Horseman have been reformed by the death of Sarah Lynn (Kristen Schaal) in his company? To be sure, the experience would have an impact on BoJack. However, Raphael Bob-Waksberg told VICE in an earlier interview that he is still ambivalent about whether to tell the story of "BoJack Horseman" in terms of redemption or of utter self-destruction. Raphael Bob-Waksberg did, however, interestingly point out that BoJack Horseman had always been intended as a cautionary character rather than a role model.
This may be the clue viewers need on what to expect fro Season 4. Netflix is anticipated to release "BoJack Horseman" Season 4 by July 2017. IMDb cites that one episode of Season 4 will be called "Underground."
