‘ARK: Survival Evolved’ Xbox One V744.0, V745.0 Patches [RELEASE DATE]: Studio Wildcard Disappoints Xbox One Gamers Over ‘Fear Evolved 2’ Delay

Ever since Studio Wildcard released "ARK: Survival Evolved" PC v249.0 patch last week, Xbox One owners were also getting excited about the coming of the game's "ultimate Survival Holiday-Themed Event" known as "ARK: Fear Evolved 2" that was included on the patch. Unfortunately, Studio Wildcard pulled the event from the console update last Friday, leaving several fans feeling disappointed.

Last month, Studio Wildcard confirmed that "ARK: Survival Evolved" Halloween event called, "ARK: Fear Evolved 2" will come along with the game's Xbox One v744.0 patch, which initially has an Oct. 28 release date, as per Inquisitr. Unfortunately, the game developer pulled the Halloween event from the latest console update on Friday, Oct. 28.

Based on the announcement posted on ARK Community Forums, the Studio Wildcard team apologized for the "ARK: Survival Evolved" Halloween event delayed release. As posted, "ARK: Fear Evolved 2" will be making its debut on Xbox One a little past Halloween or early next week but Studio Wildcard vowed to release it as soon as possible.

As per ARK Community Manager Jen's Twitter post, "ARK: Survival Evolved" Xbox One v745.0 patch will reportedly bring the "ARK: Fear Evolved 2" to the console on Nov. 2, Wednesday. Aside from the game's Halloween event, another Inquisitr report revealed that Studio Wildcard has planned the game's Christmas Holiday event later this 2016.

According to the report, "ARK: Survival Evolved" Winter Wonderland event will be released on the PC platform this 2016 and next year. Its Xbox One release, on the other hand, is also planned but it remains uncertain whether Studio Wildcard could simultaneously release the Christmas event on all platforms.

Meanwhile, Studio Wildcard co-founder and "ARK: Survival Evolved" co-creative designer and lead designer-programmer Jeremy Stieglitz has posted the Xbox One v744.0 patch notes on ARK Community Forums. The said update will contain all PC version content except for Procedurally Generated ARKs, which take longer to prepare for consoles, and memory savings of almost 100MB to boost stability.

In addition, GameZone reported that "ARK: Survival Evolved" will get Xbox Play Anywhere support this December. The game is also expected to be fully released later this year.
