'Stranger Things' Season 2 Release Date, News & Update: Could Eleven Get A Spin-Off With Romeo Beckham?

"Stranger Things" Season 2 star Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven) let the public in on her interest in Romeo Beckham. Could the failed experiment of Dr. Martin Brenner (Matthew Modine) and the offspring of Posh Spice and football icon David Beckham get a spinoff from Netflix and series creators Matt and Ross Duffer? Netflix and the show's creators could pull it off seeing as Eleven developed a significant following after Season 1.

E! News reports that Millie Bobby Brown drew attention to being interested in Romeo Beckham during an interview about "Stranger Things" Season 2 and the recent nomination of the Netflix series. As WIRED reports, the Matt and Ross Duffer creation was named in the Best Actress for Drama category for Winona Ryder at the Golden Globes. "Stranger Things" was also nominated for Best Drama Series.

According to E! News, Millie Bobby Brown was asked what the young actress would like to see for Eleven in Season 2. Although Millie Bobby Brown was not specific, she dropped that she'd want to see Eleven in something that has to do with Romeo Beckham. If a spinoff with Eleven does happen, this would be a first time foray by Romeo Beckham into television and acting.

For the most part, Romeo Beckham enjoyed celebrity status as the son of Victoria and David Beckham. Romeo is the second of the Beckham children, with Brooklyn as the eldest and the younger ones being Cruz and Harper. Romeo Beckham is also reportedly dating Chloe Moretz.

Still even without an immediate or upcoming pair-up between Eleven and Romeo Beckham, "Stranger Things" Season 2 has exciting things to offer. Largely, the next season of the Netflix series will offer up consequences following the six to seven days of Season 1. Core cast will include Winona Ryder (Joyce Byers) and Hawkins Police Chief Jim Hopper (David Harbour). The foursome of Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair) and Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) will remain intact. Netflix has set the "Stranger Things" Season 2 release date for July 2017.
